SAMSUNG GLOBAL GALAXY NOTE 10
Samsung New York Project - 1
Directed by Min Heo
New York Production Led by Kimbo Kim & Maximilian Selim
The Project
Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10 global launch campaign brought together technology and contemporary art through a collaboration with Felipe Pantone, a visual artist known for bold geometric abstraction and kinetic color work. The film captures Pantone interacting with the Note 10’s S Pen in real time, translating digital input into large-scale visual art — bridging the gap between device capability and creative expression.
The campaign was part of Samsung’s global product launch strategy, positioning the Galaxy Note 10 as a creative tool rather than just a smartphone.
Filming Across New York City
Production took place across Manhattan and Brooklyn, utilizing studio spaces and urban environments that complemented Pantone’s visual language. Manhattan locations provided the sleek, modern backdrop for product-focused sequences, while Brooklyn’s industrial spaces served as the canvas for large-format art creation and behind-the-scenes content.
37th Degree managed full New York production, coordinating studio access, local crew, equipment logistics, and artist scheduling across multiple shoot days in both boroughs.
